Age limit
No one under the age of eighteen (18) will be allowed to check-in without the authorization or supervision of an adult.
Credit card policy
A major credit card is required at check-in!
All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card.
Credit card guarantees will be processed for first night’s room and tax, 48 hours prior to the arrival date. Deposit policies may vary for multiple reservations, groups and/or special promotions.
Mandatory 2-night minimum reservations will be processed for two (2) nights.
Please note that credit card holder and credit card used for the booking must be present upon check-in.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in @ 4pm & Check-out @ noon.
No pets policy
The Harbor View Inn is a non-pet friendly hotel. Violators of this policy will be subject to a fine up to $250.00.
Smoking policy
Harbor View Inn is proud to be an entirely Non-Smoking property. Violators of this policy will be subject to a $500.00 fine.
Parking policy
We offer parking at $32.00 per night per vehicle. Parking is limited to one vehicle per room. No oversized trucks, trailers, or recreational vehicles are permitted.
Rollaway bed policy
Rollaway beds are subject to $15.00 + tax per night. Limit one rollaway per guest room. Please note that roll away beds are subject to availability upon check-in. Some guest rooms are unable to accommodate a rollaway bed.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be canceled 72 hours before the arrival date (4:00pm Pacific Standard Time) in order to avoid a charge equal to 1 night's room rate and tax. Credit card will be charged in full 48 hours prior to arrival. Deposit policies may vary for multiple reservations, groups and/or special promotions. Please make any changes or cancellations online at www.harborviewinnsb.com. If you cancel after 04:00 PM local time, 3 day(s) prior to arrival date, the forfeiture amount will be 100% from the total stay.
No-Show Policy
Reservations resulted in no-shows will forfeit the first night’s deposit.
